"Great place. Very clean and spacious for mid to large sized groups. Can be challenging to find, even with Google Maps, so would recommend identifying the location ahead of time since cell coverage is spotty in the area."

"Property and cabin was very clean. Love the quiet and peacefulness and huge wrap around porch to sit on. Beautiful place. There are Two bedrooms with a full sized bed. We only had 4 people but in the description it says it sleeps 6 people but there is only the two beds and the couch is not a pull out sofa so, the cabin does not sleep 6."

"Amazing cabin super clean, very cozy "

"Very nice place for 2. Clean and perfect for our purpose in the area (hiking). Kim was very responsive to questions. Annie (the neighborhood dog) was there to greet us when we arrived."

"Wonderful home, minutes from Sunset marina. Quiet setting and plenty of parking. Host is great and even let us check in a little early. Love everything about this property."

"Wanted a cabin to visit the nearby Dam area. This was a well-appointed 2-room new cabin with all the necessities that you'd have expected from a motel (Wi-fi, tv, A/C, ceiling fans, frig, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, even a dishwasher, hot shower, etc). Very quiet - it's in the middle of farmland, perhaps a mile from the lake. There's patio furniture on a deck, overlooking a fenced-in small yard (good for a dog, not sure about kids). We would go back without hesitation"

"Everything was outstanding!!! "

"Booked property and the host canceled on us last min we had already loaded up are sxs and drove 3hrs of the 6hr trip and had to turn around Due to the last min cancelations Host didnt offer a discounted rate for another stay or any appolgies ruined the trip for my family as everything else was already booked "

"The cabin was nice and tidy and clean, the host was great with communication and response time. The perfect place for a nights rest for a family. Plenty of space and beds to sleep a group of people. Loved the DVD player to watch our favorite movies. Me my dad and nephew stayed here the night before a fishing charter at Dale Hollow Lake and worked out great, only 10 minutes away from the marina. No negative comments in the place we stayed at all just since advice when traveling to this area:...

"Very unique and cool place. Private and especially clean and cozy. The bathroom and shower building was very very clean which is important. The cabin is very well thought out, the chairs on the deck double as rockers yet perfect as just chairs, the outdoor firepit is great and works well, and a propane grill so don't have to drag along charcoal along with the rest of what a person might need. This place is wonderful and highly recommend for one or two people."
