"Second floor cute apartment super close to LSU campus, but some travelers may not feel comfortable in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the hot water wasn’t working for our stay and the mattress springs poked us all night. Overall, the apartment is clean and has some nice amenities, but the bathroom smelled damp and the mat in the shower was gross. Communication with the owner was 5 stars and they apologized for the issues. Hopefully with some updates they can get 10/10 scores again."

"Perfect for LSU move-in, move-out! Easy walk to Tiger stadium/LSU campus. Easy and close drive to Cedar/Spruce halls. The hosts are very responsive. The neighborhood is a little sketch but we felt safe in the unit, especially with the gated parking lot. Great value. Only minor complaint is the small bathroom, but the shower pressure is A! Would book again. "

"Great townhome close to LSU campus. We could walk to activities which was a real bonus. Communication with the hosts was great. They responded to any of my messages almost immediately. Even stopped in to replace a battery in the smoke detector. Highly recommend this property."

We bought great tickets to the LSU SEC baseball game and needed a house with 6 bedrooms! as we got closer to the time that we needed to check in, we inquired about a barbecue pit so that they could barbecue steaks when they got there they had still not sent us the code! the bottom level of the house the garage and was actually made into a game room which the doors should have opened so they could have grilled stess asks on...
