"Grounds were lovely and great for our dogs. Rooms were new and felt luxurious but bedside table and lamps would have been nice. Hall closet had no shelves and no coat hooks in rooms. Overall very comfortable and nice stay."

"We chose this hotel due to its proximity to multiple gold panning reserves, and were glad we did. I found the Skimmerhorn to be your classic roadside Inn. We were surprised at the available amenities, like a bbq pit, horse shoe pit as well as a playground; we didn't utilize them but were glad to have the option. Check in was quick and friendly.
