"We arrived very late after significant flighy delays. The man chevking us in gave us a midday checkout which was much appreciated. Unfortunately he must have not updated the system as we were woken by staff knocking on the door, then a phone call, then our access card disabled. "

"Everything about this accomodation is the best, great facilities, great staff and there's always tons of free food items so you don't have to worry about salt or cooking oils, or coffee even. Big thanks to a staff member, the tall gentleman wearing the cap, outstanding service and a warm welcoming presence, as well as going above and beyond to help me with the locker code and laundry facilities. Definitely a staff member that makes lylo Christchurch an accomodation i and others will recommend...

"Was great place to stay great facilities lots of things to keep kids occupied only downfall I would say mattresses were too hard for our liking and our son we had no sleep but great if you like hard mattress other than that happy with it "

"Don’t stay here. It’s freezing cold in the room. Heater doesn’t work. It’s directly above a tattoo parlour that plays douf douf music until 3am. That’s in addition to the pub across the road that is loud until 1am. Hotel is too tight to pay for Netflix or any streaming. They assume you are from NZ and can log in using a NZ account. Oh and you can barely open the shower door due to toilet placement. Incredible badly designed bathroom. Go stay at the Novatel. I wish I had."

"Only had a couple of days stay. Great location, large room and bathroom with a balcony. Onsite parking was okay but for additional fee. Overall enjoyed the stay!"

"The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional, which made a real difference to our stay. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of variety and more than enough to choose from. The room and bed were modern, clean, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised overall and would highly recommend staying here. If there were a six-star rating, Sudima Christchurch City would absolutely deserve it."

"Location was great to the CBD. Beds super comfie and even mate better than mine at home which is never the case when traveling. Staff were great asking questions about things in the CBD and transport and they helped every time"
