"2nd time staying here. Overall had a great stay. Spa and Sauna was great as always. Room needs some refurbishing. Always had moisture on the window. Needs some air circulation. My first morning for breakfast I had to wait more than half an hour to get my coffee. And when it did arrive they gave me a wrong type. Breakfast was average too. Overall happy with the stay."

"These apartment-like suites were spacious and in a convenient location to both downtown Queenstown and Frankton. The large windows provided great views of the mountains and lake but was also somewhat noisy due to vehicles passing by on the nearby roadway."

"Property felt tired but certainly close to the town and had water front views. I gave half stars due to the traffic present around the hotel. Probably nothing the hotel can do to fix but its important for the guests to know."

"No running water. L There was a letter informing the water was going to be off until 3pm. On arrival back from a long day at conference, still no running water at 6pm for a shower / refresh prior to the dinner."
