"Best hotel in the world!!!!"

"Breakfast menu was varied. Reception staff were not helpful. Staff in restaurant good. Basic room., musty smell in the room. A C worked intermittently. And if you want to have a nap in the afternoon forget it. Constant noise of trailers pushed past the room, making sleep impossible. "

I was able to reach the hotel without worry thanks to the staff, who answered my questions via WhatsApp beforehand—advising me to arrive by auto-rickshaw due to the narrow streets and letting me know the going rates. During my stay, they also recommended cafes and restaurants, which really enhanced my sightseeing experience in Jodhpur. Thank you.。"

"Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....
