"WOW, Just Wow! 😍 Was booking from the bottom of Western Australia and saw this property and knew I had to book it - and it certainly didn't disappoint. "Larchwood Motel is well located. However it is severely lacking in up-keep and maintenance. Upon entering the unit it was smelly - stale alcohol/smoke. We opened up the room (it was freezing) for 15 minutes or so to air it out. The curtains are shabby and ill fitting on some windows. "We had a delightful stay at the Country Cottage in Spotswood over Easter weekend.
