"Good location and had basically everything, however the towels smelled very musty. Also, the pictures on the website do not reflect the room size. There are no clear signs on the building so takes a while to locate. We helped several other visitors as well, so it was not just our group that had trouble finding it. A special mention goes to Arcona, who made our visit even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and took the time to make sure we had a great experience. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out. The Tower itself is fascinating, but it is people like Arcona who add that extra personal touch that makes a visit truly...
