"Elizabeth was very easy to talk too. Very fast and friendly. The place was big, but strangely made. The beds were comfortable but the pillows need improvement. The pillows seemed like they were put together. It doesn’t have elevator which I knew but the neighbor came out and yelled at us for making noise while taking our luggage upstairs. It’s basically a garage converted into a unit. It was very cold, they had a small heater but still was cold. The place was clean. "

"As usualy when I book with Expedia the room is the least desirable. Long walk around the building and then a view of the air conditioning units. Not enough lighing in the room, and no place to put the luggage except on floor. No luggage stand available."
