"My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with. The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station. "If you book this we will be jealous as we have had a fabulous time here, 8 minutes walk to beach 15 minutes to station/town, very quiet location wonderful neighbours, lovely sunny garden, heating worked lovely, obviously some minor maintenance needed but nothing to worry about or get in the way of your stay. "Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments. We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards. Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for...

"Mayaro was a great cottage to stay in. We booked last minute and Inspire were great at getting it organised, and the welcome pack was lovely to find especially as we booked within 48 hours of arrival. Some owners don't bother anymore which is is shame so it was lovely to find welcome bits. The cottage is lovely and cosy, two good sized bedrooms and the best equipped kitchen I've ever found! It's an annex to the house, but we didn't hear the owners next door - and hopefully we didn't disturb...

"This was our second stay at the cottage & it fits our needs very well. We are hoping to return on a regular basis, as it’s perfect for our needs. However, I do think there is room for improvement - spruce things up a little. The property could do with a deep clean. The surface cleaning is fine, but the taps, carpets, chairs and cushions, for example, could do with a good clean to remove stains. - The microwave is very old, as are a lot of the utensils and it would be a good idea to replace...
