"Great stay overall. The apartment was excellent with one of the best views. Kitchen amenities were well thought out, and the starter setup with coffee, tea, and milk was a nice touch. Two areas to improve: * Housekeeping: There was no cleaning during our one-week stay. A refresh every 2 to 3 days would make a big difference. * Support: I had to go to reception three times for help with the washing machine and no one came. Responsiveness needs improvement. "The excellent location and good price were definitely the main factors in my choice. The only downside was a hair in the bed (unfortunately not a sign of perfect hygiene, but I understand that can happen) and the shower head wasn't perfectly stable. As for the structure, nothing to complain about."

"The location can't be beat. We had some miscommunication about the check in time. We were told anytime after 3 and we had said we'd be there around 6. When we arrived at 5pm, the room was not yet cleaned. It was cleaned in a hurry, so I'm not sure how thoroughly it was cleaned. The room was fine but the beds were very lumpy. The laundry machine was not very clean. It was ok, not great. "
