"Great location and central to everything we wanted to see in South West Central Ireland, from Dublin to Cahir to Waterford to Roscrea and Trim, all easily accessible. The home is spectacular! "Quirky from the outside but nice inside. Comfortable and clean. We were in a room next to the pub so we didn’t have any noise except from guests using the hot tub and they quieted about 930. Only issue we had was it was warm so we wanted the windows open but the staff used the space by our window as a smoking area. We were able to open after they left for the night. Small nice kitchen with convenience store across the street that had basic groceries for all meals. "

"Wow, this is a truly unique place to stay. Immaculately kept. Beautifully-designed rooms. Feels like staying in nature without roughing it. Staff is friendly and helpful too. The hot tub and access to the gardens were added bonuses. We stayed with our two kids (8 & 6) in a family room and we all enjoyed it. Highly recommend."

"I can't say enough how idyllic of a stay we had. From a charming dirt road lined with pastures of cows grazing to the sound of birds, rain patter and cool breezes. The home had ample space, with well maintained preservation of old aesthetics of the refurbished barn with all necessary modern amenities. Wish we could have spent our whole time in Ireland in this setting. Easy access to surrounding area with the ferry crossing at Passage East. "
