I loved that they served the hot breakfast to your table and the food both dinner in the bar and breakfast In the restaurant were piping hot and delicious. Bedroom was spacious. Warm and comfortable. "Room very dark due to poor lighting. Had chicken red Thai curry in the restaurant however there was large chucks of aubergine which were quite bitter. I have never had a Thai dish with that and wasn’t expecting it. There was an odour from the floor too which wasn’t pleasant. "

"When arrived at hotel reception it was noisy and congested with children 👧 running around. I asked if possible for a room I quiet area of hotel, this was accommodated at an additional cost of £180 euros hence total cost £792 for two nights bed and breakfast, not good value for money.Room was clean and aided a restful night. Breakfast was like Piccadilly Circus with Children and a cartoon character walking around. I asked for gluten free crackers but not availability as don’t eat bread. Poor...

"I should have stayed much longer. We didn’t even get a chance to go to the pool or play golf. It was amazing. "

"Upon arrival, we were sent to a room without power and a leak in the bathroom. The stafd had shut off the power because of the leak so they knew about it but put us in the room anyways. When we were moved, they provided us with a free drink voucher which was nice but when we tried to use it to order a pint, they only brought us a half pint. When eating at their restaurant, their cesaer salad included carrots which I am allergic to. This was not listed under the allergens or in the menu...

"The room was lovely, and the staff were great. When we arrived, two beautiful dogs were waiting at the hotel door. It was therapeutic after a long day of travelling overseas. The hotel is beautiful, and I especially enjoyed having a drink or two at Tupper's Bar. Will be staying here again the next time I'm in Kilkenny."

"Rooms were clean but very dated. Amenities were minimal but sufficient for 1 night. My room had an interconnecting door to another room. This has never been a problem for me before, but the sound proofing in my room was so poor, that it sounded like the 3 girls in the next room who were chatting at a perfectly normal volume at 2am, were sitting on my bed. The cooked breakfast was edible but not great quality. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. All members of staff we encountered...
