No-one onsite - the 'service' amounts to someone on a remote phone, watching on cameras. Telling me that I had no reservation, and then 3 minutes later calling back to say they found the reservation, but it clashes with another reservation, and they had no room. Talking with a disembodied and uncivil person standing in a carpark was NOT HOW THE...
