"Julian is such a friendly and very helpful person. Whenever I had a question he came over or called me back.The cottage is a lovely place to stay, everything one might need is in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds and linen very very comfortable. I was surprised how quiet the neighbourhood is, not only during the night, but also during the days, no noise at all! The beach is nearby, a little grocery store and a pub in the villge. "We had a fantastic experience staying at the Coach House in Chichester. Rachel is a trustworthy and attentive host—communication was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. "Location really good.Nice and quiet. Could have done with cereal/fruit bowls. Shower mat found on last day by pure chance. Would have been better hung over towel rail as shower quite slippy. Me and my friend would definitely recommend this place. "

"Cottage and annexe was very spacious, everything you needed was provided, swimming pool was great we all enjoyed it, garden is big enough to play games in, we stayed with our adult children and 4 of our grandchildren they all had a fantastic time "

"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty.
