"This is such a special place! The location is incredible - both very quiet and close to the beach and within easy reach of West Wittering centre. The garden stunning and beautifully maintained, and the house is comfortable and very homely. "We took our 12year old granddaughter and her friend for a weekend break.Can not fault the check in system, park and caravan. Although it was a budget caravan it was clean and adequately equipped. Most of all i must praise the staff. Without exception they were all so helpful and friendly. "

"Flint Cottage ist eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, Ed und Tess haben sogar im Kühlschrank lebenswichtige Dinge wie Milch, Butter usw. gelagert. Die Kommunikation war problemlos. Da wir zu fünft waren, war es etwas eng für uns, trotzdem fanden wir alle die Flint Cottage sehr gemütlich. Highlight war das Bad im „Schrank“. "

"All of us loved, loved, loved Jonathan's beautiful home. The photos do not do justice to just how gorgeous this property and garden is. There are no immediate neighbours and its down a private lane. On the doorstep of such beautiful places to visit. Jonathan was a top host both in greeting us and showing us around, and being so flexible with our requests. He left drinks and food for us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. We would not hesitate to book this for any future family get-aways. "
