"Rooms clean and located 8 min on tram to city centre. Hotel was nice but breakfast was a bit manic trying to get seated etc seemed too many people for such small area but on the whole nice hotel."

The restaurant was really good, and the roofbar very lively. The room needed some maintenance, which we told the front desk about. I'd recommend asking for a quiet room on the canal side, which seemed quieter than the train side, and definitely not having a room over the bar next door, which seemed to go late into the morning. "The Hotel is great. Everything you would expect at this level. Nothing dissapointed. However the staff, and the service they provided, was superior to even the most high-end Hotels I have stayed in. You could not ask for more friendly and helpful service, even when I rolled in after midnight, with a whole host of issues. "Det var nybyggt, men känns opersonligt, Möblerna (tråkiga och obekväma) i allmänna utrymmen vart mer en känsla av att man var på ett kontor. Rummen var väl spartanska, inget skrivbord, ingen kyl. Dock snygga fönster. Räddningen var fantastisk serviceminded reception och restaurangpersonal samt god mat."
