"Pros: friendly staff, great looking from the outside, pet friendly, meager breakfast but still free, right off the freeway. Cons: low water pressure, hard floors in our room were sticky, bugs and spiders crawling on us while trying to sleep, air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle idling in our room."

"I’ve stayed here before and not had any problems. This time the tv wouldn’t work. The front desk looked at it and got it working but when I turned it off it wouldn’t come back on. The refrigerator froze all the sodas in it and 4 of the 8 completely exploded. Worse than that it froze and destroyed my GLP1 pens that I need for my diabetes. They can’t be used if they freeze and they cost $100 each. Staff were definitely disinterested. I’ll see if corporate has anything to say but I suspect...
