"Clean room and friendly staff "

"Nice place, friendly staff and they provided snacks even tho we had to leave @ 5am before the breakfast started."

"This hotel is great for families. The lobby is very family friendly with large screen TVs, pool table and a snack bar. The pool and hot tub are nice and there is always a friend to swim with. Breakfast is very nice with many selections and a pancake making machine that is fun for kids not to mention all the topping choices. The rooms are not as cozy as one would expect and the shower needed some maintenance due to staining but these were minor issues compared to the positive items mentioned...

"Shuttle pickup from airport took over 2 hours late at night when it wasnt busy but the rest of the stay was perfect "

"Muy accesible el hotel al estar a la orilla de la autopista. Sin embargo, la habitación que ,me fue asignada, parecía estar sucia. Una de las camas tenia algunos pequeños objetos entre las sábanas y la otra cama tenia algo de sangre en una de las sábanas. Al reportarlo en la recepción, me hicieron el cambio de habitación rápidamente. Esta última estuvo ya en mejores condiciones de limpieza."

"Clean room for the most part, but the floor could have been vacuumed better. Hotel is in a great loction close to restaurants, outlet mall, and grocery store. Staff was helpful, just know you can't drink your own canned alcohol drinks in the lobby or they may confiscate it."
