"Kitchen closes early!"

"The condo was exactly as listed and perfectly fine for our needs. However, there were a couple of things that could have made our stay more enjoyable. First, the check-in experience was disappointing. We had quite a bit of luggage, including suitcases, a cooler, bags with coats and shoes, computer bags and a hanging garment bag. "The Chateaux was a great experience! From the moment we arrived the staff was helpful, friendly, and so accommodating. We really appreciated Jono taking our car, our bags and helping us to our room and giving us a rundown of the hotel. The courtyard was fantastic and we loved the hot tubs! Such a great property and atmosphere. We highly recommend the Chateaux! The smores kits provided were pretty stale and ultra processed. "Condos are actually part of the Sheraton hotel buildings but managed by White Pines so checking in was confusing and there was a lack of communication between hotel and condo company. Whole compound was kind of hard to navigate at first and the condo area is old and dated. The self park was dark and dirty and not well kept. Our condo was older and smelled a little odd. But it was otherwise very clean and a nice space overall. All the employees were amazingly helpful. Good stay for the money...

"Perfection! We loved everything about the hotel"

"Very well run property. By far the most luxurious hotel in the Park City/ Deer Valley area."
