"The room was dirty, and the pillowcases had lipstick stains on them, making it seem like they hadn’t been changed. There was also hair in the bathroom sink. The hotel is very old and clearly needs maintenance and renovations. The cleanliness was disappointing, and the room did not feel properly cleaned before our arrival."
