"My sister's family of three and my family of there stayed here to spend Thanksgiving with our parents in Binghamton. The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and even enjoyed some lake-effect snow the day after Thanksgiving. We brought most of Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and sides) with us, so the full refrigerator was perfect to store everything...

"Super stay! The unit was cozy and well-supplied -- morning coffee was fantastic and we loved that there was non-dairy creamer provided in the fridge! Location was amazing. We were blown away by the view of the lake and the bird activity in the morning! I saw at least 10 different bird species (including a beautiful Baltimore Oriole, Red-Winged Blackbirds, Ruby-throated hummingbird, Flicker, swallows doing acrobatics over the lake and more). Off the beaten path but well worth it for the peaceful...

Only things to note is the pullout couch in the living room was broken when we went to use it and shower is a bit on the small side, the shower head isn’t adjustable so it may be difficult for some to use. Was a great value and would stay again! "

"This is a great place for a fly fisherman or anyone looking for a getaway. If you are a fisherman it’s an amazing spot. Easy access to the river, when I arrived there were at least 50 fish rising. The place is clean, private w rv connections. Level. WiFi works great, also a Starlink works well. You can walk 1/2 mile to a decent restaurant and Flyshop. Host is easy to work with, entry to property is easy. Great firepit on the river. Definitely will stay again."
