Enjoyed our stay. Shane was very responsive to all requests. The home is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Fireplace was a nice touch. The club house amenities were really great, for our time we had the pool and gym to ourselves. Close to skiing. Do make sure you have an all wheel drive in winter. We would return.

This is a charming and cozy cottage in a beautiful setting within view of Elk Mountain and close to the ski resort. It was ideal for our needs. Unfortunately, some aspects would benefit from from further attention. The bunk beds were short-sheeted (no top sheet). The toilet seat in the main bath was loose and it didn't flush well. While the kitchen is nicely equipped, the tops of the salt and pepper shakers were rusty. In the living room the sectional sofa was uncomfortable with lumpy cushions, apparently having taken some heavy abuse. Finally, the exterior, especially the front and back porches, are very worn and in need of some paint and upkeep. This was our second stay, but a disappointment this time.

Comfy & Cozy!

My main reason for choosing to stay here was proximity to Elk Mountain. The fact that it was pet-friendly and completely cozy was a mega bonus! The house has all the comforts of 'home'. Everything you need to prepare a full meal was in the kitchen. Extra blankets for those chilly evenings when want to be extra comfy, along with extra linens if needed. Convenience of a washer/dryer is a plus for extended stays. The community, albeit older, is updating its facilities. The new clubhouse is great and the indoor heated pool (and hot tub/Jacuzzi) was amazing - especially after a hard day on the slopes! Location is excellent. Close drive (under 5 mins) to Elk Mtn. About 10mins from Chet's Place, and the town of Clifford, with a great community park is about a 15 min drive. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy Mountain House

The Tioga Townhouse was very clean, organized and easy to access. There is a beautiful view of woods and mountains at the back. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub very close by, and loved skiing at ELK Mountain, only 5 minutes away. A special feature was the fireplace , which added to the cozy, wintry atmosphere.

Everything was great and taken care of by the host and plus extra. the pricing is high compared to the other houses in the area. neighbors next door run loud 4-wheelers not suitable for people who rest during the day. had trouble finding the house because the unit number wasn't listed anywhere and a lot of the apartments look the same in the area.

Unfortunately there was no skiing to be had… but we made the most of it. We went to Kakahari water park and the outlets. We cooked and watched movies.
