"My business partners and I came here for a self care weekend retreat and loved it. Very clean and nice penthouse suite very close to everything in the area. I truly recommend and would come back Only drawback 3 women one bathroom lol but that was not a big deal."

"The staff was very nice and very helpful, even after I had an issue with my booking. They were able to accommodate me and set me up very quickly. That being said, the place could use work. The pipes in the shower screamed the entire time the shower was on, there was exposed drywall tape in the bathroom where a repair was attempted but not very well at all, the elevator sounded like it was 2 trips away from failing, and honestly the room was just kind of dirty."

"Room clean, matched what was advertised. For what was a fairly standard 2 queens hotel room, parking lot view, no outdoor space paying more than $400/night means I expect a little more: lots of cleanliness, amenities, and knowledgeable staff and service. The main things we like here are the outside hot tub, the spout court area amenities, and the shuttle availability for Canal Park trips. Second stay. My review is nit picking, but it's based on expectations for the price. At a lower priced place...

"Air conditioning did not work. Supposedly it was non-smoking but the room reeked with smoke. The tub had cigarette burns on it. The shower curtain was so brown and smoke filled that we could hardly enjoy the shower. When we put our suitcases in our car, the smoke filled it. "
