"My room was very clean; good shower with nice towels and wash products; comfortable bed; building was quiet and well situated (if you like Capitol Hill it’s perfect), staff were friendly and helpful. AC was not great—quite loud and on the hot days not particularly effective. But the value is good and I will likely stay there again"

"Great stay. The host was very responsive and space was beautiful. More than sufficient laundry facilities, privacy, and lovely location. The only drawback was parking. If you have no need for a vehicle, perfect otherwise you may need to hunt down a spot some days. It really depends on time of day and day of week. Street parking but it's free so that is a bonus. I met some really great fellow travelers as well."

"Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money."
