"The one switch on the Wall to put the light on and off when you enter the room was not working, hence one had to scramble in the dark to turn individual light switches on. There was a lot of disturbance at night from the alternate side doors opening and closing, which could have been closed during the night."

"Noisy, poor air conditioning/ heat. Could not turn the fan on to help with noise control. Layout of the building was confusing. The front staff were ( always) in the back rather than being available when customers were present during a busy time. I must say we have travelled a lot and it was one of the few at the bottom of our list. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

I have attempted calling multiple times over the last week to get this issue resolved but each time I call I am told that the manager is not in and I will have to call again tomorrow. It’s been over a week and I cannot even speak to the manager to start the process of getting my refund back. "

"We arrived on the heels of a snowstorm after driving 10 hrs. We were greeted by a well-dressed, highly professional desk clerk who efficiently and eagerly answered all of our questions and a few we didn't know to ask.
