"Everything was absolutely perfect! I especially want to thank the bartender (forgot her name) up on the 3rd floor. We arrived late and she was closing up. We had not eaten on the Amtrak train for 8 hours. She was able to get the kitchen staff make us up a couple off dishes and get us drinks and water. She did not want us starving throughout the night!! Service was wonderful the rest of the time we were there!"

Would have been nice if the staff knew more about upcoming events happening on the property, but did refer us to the website and toll free phone number. The food in EP’s Bar & Grill was great, though the service was not. Live entertainment, movies and complimentary PB & J sandwiches and chocolate milk each night were definitely a bonus!"

"The parking was adequate but not plentiful. The rooms seemed clean but had a funny smell. The AC unit barely worked and was also very musty smelling. The biggest concerns was the area. There was a robbery and a shooting nearby in the night. Watching the crackheads/methheads/tranqs ect. on the street from our room view was also concerning, as they were making there way into the parking lot. I know this is not a hotel issue, however this is something to keep in mind. I would suggest staying well...

"Overall, it was a nice property with a helpful staff. However, there was a strong smell of urine in the room. Perhaps the smell was in the rug since they allow pets. I got in too late to bring it up, but this should have been caught by staff at some point."
