"I felt very unsafe staying at this location by myself. There were several unhoused men that had set up their beds in front of the door of the apartment before I arrived home both nights during my stay. The second night one unhoused man was yelling and banging on the glass door of the apartment for several hours. Location is great, but I would not stay again."

Straight shot to IU Memorial Stadium via 17th St. Owner was responsive to questions sent through VRBO messaging from start to finish. Bunk beds have full-size mattresses. "We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful, clean home - close to stores and attractions. The neighbors are so friendly and we enjoyed watching birds, horses and fireflies from the deck. Met for a family reunion and the kids had a blast - bedrooms spacious and comfortable and table games were a huge hit! Host was so helpful with any questions. Highly recommend!"

"The only thing confusing was that on some paperwork it stated check in was at 3pm and others said 4pm. The same with check out....some paperwork was 10 am and some 11am. Other than that it was a great getaway."

"This home was super cute and clean! It had plenty of parking in the driveway and garage, the outdoor patio area was very nice and felt secluded, the living room allowed us to all sit and hang out, plenty of towels provided, the beds were comfy and the location was close to where we needed to be for a wedding! Kelsey was very quick to respond to messages and even left a welcome basket! Check-in was very easy as well! We would definitely stay here again!"
