The manager refused to speak with my husband and I personally so we had to leave and come back later. Finally, they agreed to include the bed at no extra cost and the manager did end up offering...

"The food is amazing. The entire staff is extremely professional, especially everyone in the restaurant. The hotel has a very unique design. The hallways and various sitting areas throughout the hotel look very homely (in a good way). From the pool area, to the huge bar lounge, etc, there are many soft chairs and couches to relax. "Complete fraud. No pool, no jacuzzi, no A/C, no functional TV, no internet, no hot water finally the door to the room would not lock. Interestingly, I was the only, "guest", in the entire hotel. I left before spending the night. When asked about the "restaurant and bar" they simply stated that there were nearby. Lost my money. "
