"Great location "

"Breakfast was good, but we had bed bugs. My wife was bit 15 times on the middle of the night. Brought to front desk attention and saod manager would call. Never got a call. Now we are washing and drying everything we took with us to try and make sure we didnt bring any home with us. "

"Good start. Needs bathroom remodel and or 1/2 bath upstairs. Master bedroom door could not be closed maybe needs new hardware. Needs sitting bench in master bedroom for putting on shoes. Matress in double bed needs to be replaced is uncomfortable. More towel racks. Otherwise great kitchen, wifi and living area Thank you!"

"There was an undisclosed prior to arrival, $6 per day fee. It is unclear what that fee was for. The elevator was broken. It seems like it had been broken for a while. They said a phone was dropped down the elevator shaft and broke the elevator. They said the part would be there Monday but that seems like they probably have been saying that for a while now. This made getting luggage to the room a big hassle. Breakfast was good. Doors in the room to the bathroom were VERY narrow"

"This hotel just needs maintenance and better upkeeping - the door took 3 tries to open, the bathroom was dirty and the tub black, the showers temps were reversed, and in general everything just appears run down."

"They never mentioned their hot tub was closed and a hot tub was the ONLY reason I booked the hotel. The pool was warm but the floors around the pool were cracking, missing pain, and dirty. There was no bedding for the pull out and we had to go get some. There was a dog that started barking at 5am, now don’t get me wrong I have 2 dogs and chickens so the crowing starts at 3 however I came to the hotel for some peace and this hotels as not it. "Both rooms I had were clean. We used the Hampton Inn for just one overnight for my daughter's birthday. All the girls had fun swimming and playing the board / card games that they had available in the Lobby."
