"Amazing location with convenient access to OHV trails! The lake was amazing and a favorite hangout for the kids. They couldn't get enough fishing, kayaking and paddleboarding when we weren't on the trails. There was plenty of firewood provided for evening bonfires. The house was clean with a well appointed kitchen. My daughter said the beds "felt like clouds". The owner was attentive and very responsive. This was the perfect rental for our adventures! "

"This was the most unique wonderful place I have ever stayed. And I was a flight attendant for several years! It was cozy and quiet and had everything we needed. I highly recommend if you are close, stope and stay with the Wests at Coulter Farmstead. Old Washington is a wonderful historical place and staying at Coulter Farmstead was truely the cherry on top! "We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Lakehouse. Incredibly easy access to the ATV trails for a full day of roaming. At the end of the day, we had a nice fire in the fire pit for us to sit around and talk. Later in the evening, my husband and soaked in the hot tub, listening to the wind in the pines and watching the stars. Loved our stay here!"

"Property is not in a perfect shape but room was better than the outside. Swimming pool facilities were not as in the pictures & one area was closed and the actual open area is in need of maintenance, so does the whole property But not bad at all for what we needed… we had a peaceful night sleep. Kind people in the office :)"
