"A lovely cabin. A little short on cooking utensils, I left a few, nut all workable. It's a really lovely set up. Great hot water. There are 2 lovable cat's that are very friendly and I say the house greeters. I would stay there again. "

"Loved the cabin. Clean. Loved being in walking distance to a farm pond, and activities in the pavilion area. Wasn’t far away from our hiking locations. I like that it is pet-friendly if we choose. Had everything we needed including dry wood for firepit. We had special guests (cats in the area) hung with us on the porch and around the fire. Overall great location. Great experience! "

"Everything went smoothly. Place was great. Charming. Clean! Great bed, couch, TV and appliances! Bathroom small but great shower. Not much bathroom privacy so might work on sealing door better. Town is cute but not much happening. Restaurant closed a day before we arrived even though website said would be open. So we drove quite a bit but that was fun, too! Great hiking, went to Peducah for a few hours when it rained. Didn’t get to kayak but maybe next time!"

"Secluded location. Spacious rooms. Dish TV was nice. Location is conveniently close to the park and trails. Hot tub was wonderful but lacked some working jets. Host communicated well, answered questions quickly.We had access to a full kitchen where we prepared many of our meals."

"First trip to Shawnee for our anniversary and we chose this cabin because of it’s location and were very pleased. Super close to garden of the gods which is great. Easy to find and check in, host checked in with us multiple times to make sure all was good, nice clean cabin! Our only complaint was that the neighboring 8 cabins were pretty close so it wasn’t the most private, but it also gives you a little area to walk around which is nice.
