"I liked the accessible room we had but have two suggestions. In the bathroom, a shower wand "holder" needs to be installed closer to the shower seat. Also, another grab bar needs to be installed on the back wall closer to the shower. On 2nd day, cleaning staff exchanged towels but did not make bed. Is that standard procedure?"

"We ALWAYS book with small hotels/motels when traveling to support other small business owners. This one though, was an absolute mistake. Booked for 3 nights, stayed one. Within minutes of first walking in I started itching and itched all night literally made myself bleed scratching. I’ve NEVER had anything like that before so it had to be an environmental thing.
