"We had an amazing, peaceful, and private stay—just what we wanted! The location was great and very close to everything decorah has to offer! The fall colors were beautiful and definitely showing off for us. We ended up using the air mattress to sleep on and that worked out really well for us as the back of the futon wasn’t very comfortable, but great for sitting! We were never able to find the trails that led down to the bottom of the Quarry, but that’s ok. We didn’t need to talk to the owners...

"The hosts pleasant greetings. Clear instructions. The only challenge was the steps leading to and from the door. A railing would have made it perfection. The wildlife was wild. Turkeys and Deer , super quiet and wooded yard all added up to greatness! "

"Very cozy cottage in an excellent location. Parking was easy as well as communication with the host. It looks small from the outside, but inside was surprisingly roomy with a big bathroom and kitchen. There were four of us and it was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!"
