"Great Old Town location with easy access to all the restaurants, bars, etc. Hotel was very nice and would recommend it over all others in the area."

"Two elevators were down of three. Only one was working and it would take 20-25 minutes wait for each trip. The windows of my room were so dirty. It got very loud at the end of the night, after I spoke with the staff they explained its the temperature affect on windows making the crack sound. I wasn’t able to rest at all. Check out time is at 12pm, staff was keep knocking my door at 11:10 asking me if I was checking out. I even had do not disturb sign on my door and they still were knocking....

"This was my second time staying at this location. Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. We took their shuttle to the Metro and it was so convenient. Will be booking another stay soon!"

I'll break it down by category: Facility - The entire time we were there, the back entrance from the parking in the back was off limits, due to some flood issue that never seemed to dry out despite several drying fans, The elevator had a missing button to the fourth floor. Our own room had several issues: the bathroom faucet was loose, and the lighting in the shower/commode was extremely dim. The deadbolt would not close. Amenities - Per the marketing, I was expecting...

"This used to be one of our favorite hotels, but this day showed how where and tear and dated it was the shower stopper just came off. The AC vent could not be closed the fake brick tile above the head of the bed was popping off the walls and the ceiling and wall corners the tape for the wall boards were torn and coming off.
