"Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. "Very clean. Easy to find. Beautiful view, the deck was perfect for morning coffee. Soft cozy bedding and beautiful updated bathrooms. Wished we could have stayed longer."

"Great"

"This was a clean and comfortable property with great woods and pond views just outside the village of Walton. The fire pit and table tennis table added a lot to our experience. "

"Great location for where we needed to go and we would use this property again."

"Clean house and host was in contact to make sure we had all we needed. Place was all set up for pets. Stayed with our son and daughter in law for a family weekend. It is up the mountain some. It does have a steeper driveway. Son and daughter in law enjoyed the screened in balcony to watch sunrise over the mountain in the morning."
