"This felt unsafe. Upon entering the room, I passed several other doors covered with caution tape. Then, when entering my room, there was no light in the bathroom. When I notified the staff, they came down barefoot with a step stool and changed the light bulb. It smelled strongly of urine in the bathroom and the toilet had black mold and mildew in it.
