"We got there past the check in time but it was easy to check in and get in with the digital key. Room was great and very clean. Everything is new. Beds and pillows were very comfy. I would recommend that you get the actual key card from the office though; the digital key is great but not super reliable as you depend on internet connection and sometimes it can be slow. "This home is exactly as described and pictured and worked out perfectly for 4 adults and two kids and a dog to stay in. The home is continently split into two halves, with the queen room and twin rooms on one side with a bathroom that can be closed off from the rest of the house. The owner is extremely responsive and immediately handled a minor situation that came up. This is a great place to stay and well appointed in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. "

"The host was wonderful to work with. She communicated promptly and answered kindly to any questions I had. She was very accommodating. Everything that I needed was available, coffee, towels, and travel sizes of shampoo & conditioner as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste! I was very happy with the cleanliness too. "First, I will say the property manager, Marlena, was great. We had several issues that she was quick to respond and handle. The apartment itself was clean and nice. The kitchen could use some new cooking pots and pans. We were not able to cook due to the pans being scratched horribly. "The Sleep by Numbers bed was broken, and the frame was so wobbly we couldn't use it. Effectively turning this into a one-bedroom. Additionally, we found used washcloths behind the bathroom door. The dishwasher was not secured to the countertop and pulled out when I tried to open the door to load it. I was unsure if it was operational, so I did not use it. There was also peeling paint from the ceiling and walls. This is a very nice area, but the property needs some maintenance."
