"Balcony and the lakeview were gorgeous. The lounge was clean and some cats can be seen. one peacock was keep as a pet in the front of the lounge. Pool was not accessible due to green algae I believed. No deers show up in the morning. No attraction for guests at all if you did not used the outdoor grill oven for barbecue. Overall, not much to do with young kid. No hair drier in the room, there were very dirty forks and spoon in the dishwasher (we help cleaned the spoon with huge cheese leftover)"

"This place is a gem! We live 45 minutes away, and we were celebrating my husband and daughter’s birthday…..this place is precious! The staff was amazing, the venue was adorable and the food/drinks were great. We will definitely be back!"

"We arrived early and were granted an early check-in to a beautiful corner suite, in celebration of our wedding anniversary, after first staying here for our honeymoon 47 years ago. Valet parking is convenient and the front desk was exceptional. We enjoyed their assistance. The room layout, air conditioning, shower, and other amenities are very nice. We visited the bar, which is also quite elegant, and had nice conversations with both the bartenders and friendly area patrons who were very happy...

"Easy to find and get to. Amber was wonderful front desk person, Room was clean and well maintained. So many relaxing areas with chairs and end tables, picnic tables throughout property. Outdoor games to play. Peaceful surroundings, 2 docks for river swimming access. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub, very clean. Close to everything New Braunfels has to offer. We will certainly return!!!!!!"

"This hotel accomplishes the feat of somehow not looking that old and being in absolutely disgraceful state at the same time. The only part of the building that still looks good is the outside. Once you enter, everything is dirty. The lobby, the hall ways, the elevators, and most inconvenient of all, the room was filthy. The whole place smells like there’s a sewer leak. Worn out furniture in the room. Everything is sticky, in the entire building, like nothing has even been cleaned for however...

"Hotel was great for the price. Receptionist was fantastic and check in was easy. Room was clean except for the bathtub but we never used it for being one night. Pillows were not great. The insides of the pillow were chunky and clumped together. Glad I brought my own pillow. All in all wasn’t a horrible night. Just bring your own pillows!"

"Clean room that accommodates a large family and a price balcony in the room we stayed in. Staff was helpful when I had questions via text and call, also the complimentary tube transportation was nice, we ended up right back at the cabins. Second time staying and will stay again next visit!"
