"Everything was good"

"I realize this resort is new but lots of things weren’t right. There were no ice machines on our floor. There was no soap at the bathroom sink. Our refrigerator had leaked all over the floor when we arrived. I bought a non alcoholic drink for 10$ and my debit card was charged $15. There were posters for decorations that looked cheap and there were supposed to be some kid activities that were non existent. The only perk was the location but that’s about it. Spend your money elsewhere."

"This was advertised as a "boutique" hotel. We had to sign waivers for EVERYTHING. Check in took at least 15 minutes and there was such a crowd trying to check in we couldn't hear the desk clerk. The only really good things were the river view from our room and the comfortable beds. "This hotel was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! the indoor water park should be condemned. It was so dirty, there were used bandaids on the pool deck, people had dropped snacks all over the ground, and the children's area was absolutely repulsive. The outdoor pools were shut down for our stay because of a (ph balance issue). It was bad enough we refused to even swim here. "The front desk lady was extremely rude. Didn’t tell us the children’s swim area was closed until we checked in when we had small children and didn’t offer to give us some of our money back. That’s the entire reason we went there!"

"Where the wall and shower floor meet had a couple places missing caulk. In addition the beds are way too soft and the couch/sitting area was not comfortable. The biggest issue was the curtain over the air conditioner were not long enough and let in the parking lot lights. An additional desk chair and an ottoman would have made a huge difference of the comfort of the stay as we were there just to relax in quiet in the room."

"Breakfast area is too small, area felt congested, They clean the rooms on a daily basis Staff was good, except, we arrived a little early before their posted check-in time and wouldn’t allow check-in before the posted 4 pm, first time we’ve had that happen. It’s been our experience with other hotel chains , if room was ready. They allowed us to check in. It wasn’t a problem but was the first time we’ve experienced the strict policy Overall it was fine"
