"Friendly staff. Clean Good breakfast "

"The hotel was being rennovated to an extreme that made it difficult. Signage is all on the floors. We were given a different room style than what we reserved (with no discount) that had outlets and blinds that did not work. No sheets or pillows were included for the pull out couch. There was renovation dust all over one wall. It was not disclosed that the pool was closed. There were signs for a vending machine that we were then told doesn't exist.They ran out of food at the free breakfast."

"Bathroom needs to be updated. Have stayed in several rooms now and all need plumbing attention in the showers. "

"Parking and proximitiy to University of South Dakota is incredible. Outside appearance is average, but interior is recently remodled and very clean. Was quiet and peacefull. very little traffic or noise after 9pm. Basic Motel with few aminities, but very clean and priced perfectly for its offerings. Would easily stay again if visiting USD and didnt' plan to spend much time in the room."

"Booked this for six nights but only stayed for one night due to finding bugs in every room. Spiders in the corners of both bedrooms, in the bathroom, and inside the foldout sofa bed. Ants in one of the beds, and an active ant trap by the front door. When we found a roach in the kitchen we decided to leave. We asked the property manager for a partial refund but were denied.Would not recommend."

"It was absolutely stunning being in the middle of the Nebraska cornfields. This tiny home had everything possible and more. The host was super responsive with everything we needed. We had good Wi-Fi and cell phone service out here. If you’re looking for a place to just stare into the distance, this is your spot. We will definitely be returning soon!!!!"
