"We are a family of 5 ( 2 adults/3kids). The place you stay is in the lower level of anther family's home. It has easy access to the lower level. We barely heard them above us. It is in a safe neighborhood. The lower level is cozy. Nice recliners in the living room to relax in. The beds were comfy and it has a small kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. It had a nice large shower head with good water pressure, so the shower was great! The living room has glass doors that separates the stair...

On the way into town I got a message from Beth there was an issue with the lock box, she met us at the door when we rolled into town, gave some sweet recommendations on places to go while I'm town for a concert and how to get around. "It was a perfect, cozy home for my four legged fur baby and myself for 9 nights while teaching a class in Sioux Falls. The house is spotless and a short drive into downtown. The hosts were great with any questions I had and even had a nice card along with a few treats/poop bags for my dog. If I have a chance to stay again, I will definitely want to return. "
