I was not informed of a few important things when I booked and I did not like the attitude I was given when I returned to get my key for room. The staff should be little more mindful when dealing with a calm and collected Guest."

"It was great, except the pool was closed when I stayed in August. So fair warning, the pretty picture of the outdoor pool is not accurate. Pool looked like it had been closed for a while, maybe for repairs??"
