"Clean room, family friendly"

"Our family had a good time while staying at this beautiful house. All in all a nice property in a nice, quiet location. The only small downside would be that the mattresses in this house are very firm. Our family had a great time and enjoyed our holiday together."

"I think the kitchen was missing a few essential items and the refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Nothing major but it didn’t give the best first impression. Once we settled in, we saw the charm and appreciated that the home was functional. But little details like one tv remote not working, one porch light was out, no 9x13 baking dishes, and the property address not clear on the mailbox kept us from giving this a higher rating. We would stay with this host again since everything else was positive...

"Amazing place on the river!!! Absolutely loved all the amenities - game room, hot tub & sauna, fire table on the back deck watching boats float by, and the leaves especially!! To add to it, Kapil was an excellent host - very responsive even provided a rake so we could play in the leaves (don’t have “Fall” in the south… Highly Recommend for gathering families! Interesting layout but very liveable and worked great for our 3-gen/10-per fam. Would definitely rent again!"

"It was a short 15 minute drive from the University of Louisville. So would be a perfect fit for anyone coming into town for a sporting event at UofL. We rented it for Kentucky Derby Weekend and it was just what we needed!!! Close enough to the track but outside the general “chaos” that surrounds The Derby."
