"The host was very friendly and we had lots of privacy. Its very cozy and had everything you needed down to a grill and laundry detergent. Really enjoyed looking at the goats while swinging on the front porch swing. If you like the country feeling then love you'll staying there. Definitely a 10 out of 10. We will return on our next trip to Georgia."

"This home is very outdated, the one tv was so small you could barely see from the futon couch. The home had a mold like smell that was just awful. "

"Great communication. Outside patio was dirty, house was not. Minor cosmetic repairs need to be made. All in all a pleasant place. Coffee bar was a big plus."

"The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert."

"This property is very retro which is very cool. However the owner needs to spend a little time fixing things up. The bathroom doors dont close properly. The bedroom light goes on after you flip the switch multiple times. The tv in the main bedroom is broken the bathroom in the main bedroom was marked as do not use… seemed that the chain on the flapper was just broken which is an easy fix. The pool table was awesome but of the six pool sticks only one has a tip on it. The main living room was...
