"The location was perfect! It was our home base for about 3 weeks while we searched for a new home in the area. It is also close to all 3 covered bridges, which are awesome! Daniel, the host, was easy to reach and quick with a response every time! Thanks again!"

"Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions. There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times."

"We had the most wonderful time. This property was just as described. The house is very cozy & warm. Our family came over for Game night as we celebrated the holiday. We hated to leave, but we will be back.Rate 10 of 10Thank you againNelson family"

"The host was very responsive and gave me all of the details needed for our stay. The house was super clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the unit was in the cutest little town. "

"Clean, convenient location just as advertised!"

"Johanna's property was simply stunning! It is a very serene and peaceful place with great attention to detail. My only regret is that we weren't there longer to be able to soak in the beauty that surrounded us. It was definitely a 10/10 experience, and I hope to be able to come back one day! Thanks Johanna!"

"Bearclaw was perfect. A great spot to relax and connect with nature. It's so much do and explore. It has everything that you need. We enjoyed our stay. Jim was the perfect host. He kept us informed and responds promptly. The property is located in the country, but Walmart and other stores are 7 miles away."

"This Holiday Rambler is a cute place for a couple that is trying to get away or staying in the area for an event! The mini pool added to the effect and helped beat the heat. The inside is very clean and cute! Bed was comfy and smart tvs are available for those rainy days! Shannon is a great host! Book it just to try her complimentary banana bread!"
