"Had no heat when we first got there. It was thanksgiving day. They were great with bringing some electric heaters and blankets. The next day the AC guy came out and fixed everything. They did very well with communication and did the best they can to fix the problem. Like I said the next day everything was great"

"When we arrived the refrigerator was not working. Called and was told to unplug and plug back in. Did it and it started cooling. We had just purchase groceries upon arrival so stocked the fridge hoping it would cool down fast enough as not to spoil the food. Next morning water on the floor where the ice had melted and leaked from the freezer and was not working again, had to disregard the food which they ended up reimbursing us for, but ended up bringing a mini fridge with no shelves to use for...

"This is my 2nd year staying here for our family Christmas gathering! It has plenty of room for sleeping & the kitchen is big enough to move around comfortably to cook with several people in there! The kids really enjoyed the movie room & the spacious yard out front to play while the weather was amazing!!"
