We alerted Jana and she very quickly and professionally involved the parents and resolved the situation. Breakfast was better than normally expected. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant."

"You have to check in at the Howard Johnson. Service was slow. Towels had hair on them. TV had something all over it. It did have a new tub."
