"We needed a 1 night stay, got in late. Great house and it was clean. The only comment I would say and they are very minor is, there was no light outside and it was very dark. Also, the rug at the front door both inside and out, had no grip so we slid around a bit."

"This is a beautiful home exactly as listed! Incredibly clean, modern, and well equipped. The beds were comfy and the deck was ideal for morning coffee and listening to the birds. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or grilling at home. The hosts have thought of everything.
This was the perfect location for our week of hiking, an easy drive to both Garden of the Gods and Little Grand Canyon. Plenty of wineries and restaurants close by as well.
We will definitely be back 😊"

"beautiful solid cabin. Great books on the history of the area. Truly enjoyed are restful stay! I just wish it was warmer, so we could have enjoyed the amazing stars at night and just the beauty of the area. We would rent again."

"Excellent place to stay to explore the eastern portion of the Shawnee National Forest. We used it as a launching point to see the Garden of the Gods, Cave in Rock, and Dixon Springs State Park. Wish we had another day to do more exploring. The cabin is secluded, so stock up on groceries and charcoal for the grill before you arrive. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils that made cooking meals easy. It was comfortable, clean and peaceful. I will definitely stay there again the...
