"Well checking in was a joke, the people live in the property that has a dog on it and the house smell like kennel and poop water. The only bathroom the door doesn't shut all the way close but locks. The door you can see thru the crack to the toilet and shower are. Then while shower heard the owner and husband talking about water and then the water got turned off on me. "This was our 2nd time staying here since we have family in the area and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Always clean, quiet. Host Rosie is excellent as well."

"The property is wonderful!! It’s in a great location and community. The only thing I would encourage the host to do is to make sure the vrbo listing includes it is with the guest house/apt. Sign since it’s upstairs. I would also include some restaurants in the area like Vermilion or Hawarden. We went yo Central cafefor bkfst. It’s delicious and just a short drive. This is a great place to stay and I would recommend it"
