"Beautiful property on the lake. Check in was slow and they were behind schedule, which was frustrating. However, they gave us free breakfast vouchers, which helped. The restaurant was great, we ended up eating there twice. It’s also one of the only waterfront places to eat, as most of downtown isn’t waterfront. It’s a quick walk to downtown, but it’s hilly at points. It was nice to relax by the lake and watch the sunset, and enjoy the firepits at night. There’s also a cute ice cream place next...

"Overall, a decent hotel but nothing really exceptional about it. Clean room with a small balcony. Lighting was so dim in the bathroom it was hard to see. Only one chair in the room. Access into and out of the property a little difficult. Parking lot very tight. Lots of original artwork decorating the walls."

"This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in all my years of travel. When I checked in, the room was not made from the previous guest. There was the previous guest's hair still on the sheets and only one pillow. I ended up getting new sheets from the front and had to change them myself. I did not know Marriot had a self serve service. The room was beside an exit door and we heard it banging all night. Spiders all over the bathroom, the room stunk, the breakfast was terrible and...

"I have stayed at Hot Sara before and enjoyed it. This time, however, we were placed in the "annex" section. The room was terrible - we nicknamed it "the dungeon". Little tiny windows, bare bulb overhead lighting, inadequate bulb-type bedside lighting. We had a suite and it was the least luxurious thing I have ever stayed in. The shelf under the bathroom sink fell to the floor every time you tried to take a towel of the shelf! Add to that the fact that a wedding party booked the ballroom bar...

"Tv did not work. Gentleman came in And said they ordered ROKU but they were not there yet. In the hallway so many cobwebs and light fixture full of flies. Would never stay again. Not clean at all."
